Cancellation and Refunds Policy


We strive to provide high-quality products to all our customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy below.


General Return Guidelines

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed) and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Returns Process

If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@wildkama.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
  4. Ship the items back to us using the return shipping label provided.
  5. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same process as a return. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back to us, but we will cover the cost of sending the exchange item to you.

Refunds

If you choose a refund, the amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@wildkama.com with your order details and a photo of the damaged item. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including offering a refund or replacement if necessary.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or an error was made by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure that the items are received by us.
